Friday morning we decided to take Highway 1 up the coast to Mendocino where we would be spending the rest of the weekend. First was to go through the Golden Gate! We didn't spend too much time here because it was really cold!
We stopped off at a few places to walk around and take some pictures.
At this stop they had these old bunkers, which Brent of course had to play in.

We stopped off in Olema for a really nice lunch on their patio. We took a picture so we would remember to go back there.
The rest of our trip was a little uneventful thanks to me getting motion sickness on the way up. I tried to sleep, while Brent drove as slowly as he could. Our 3 hour trip turned into 5 and we got to our cottage tired and hungry. Brent ran to a little market and got us some sandwiches, which we ate while we watched the Giants game. Great morning and ok evening, but we made it to our destination ready to relax and hang out in our jammies all weekend.
