Lost tooth

My Hannah is growing up! She finally lost her first tooth. Many of her friends at school have lost teeth and now she can say that she has joined the club!  

Boys Day

Brent and Craig have been itching to go hiking and decided to take the boys to the pinnacles near Santa Cruz for a day hike. These two little boys had quite the adventure!  They hiked a total of 6 miles, went up and down "mountains", saw a California Condor, and went in dark caves where they "got lost." Obviously their daddies weren't too far behind them because they got home a little scratched up, dirty, and tired, but really feeling like big boys!

And this is why mommies stay home from hiking with daddies.  I'm sure this was "totally safe."

Easter Sunday

The Easter Bunny had come!  Each child received a basket full of snacks, toys, and a little candy.

Every Easter we attend church with my parents for their annual Easter Egg hunt. Danielle and Hannah both found the silver egg and received a chocolate bunny!

Brent had oral surgery the Friday before and was able to get out of bed just to come and take pictures (which I really appreciated). The rest of our day was spent at home. The Hatches came out after church and played cards with all of us. It was a very quiet and relaxing afternoon!

Spring Barbecue 2011

Our annual Spring barbecue was a big hit. We started off with our egg hunt and then enjoyed a nice day in the sunshine!  

Guy Time

Ben doesn't get a lot of time around boys. He is always with his three sisters and his mom, so when they opportunity arose that he could have two of his buddies over, I jumped at the chance. These are the boys Ryan (7), Owen (6), and Ben (ALMOST 5 as he says).
