Thanksgiving Feast

Ben had a Thanksgiving Feast that I got to help with this year. It was very cute and well put together. Everyone brought a food item to shard and the kids had made hats to wear. Ben is very thankful for his school and his friends, as are we. He is already blending sounds to read and can count and recognize numbers to 100. We are so proud of our little man!

Teddy Tea Tradition

Once again this year my mom and I enjoyed taking the girls to the Teddy Bear Tea that is put on by the hospital foundation. I really liked how they did the tables this year. The atmosphere was very magical.

The head table. This is auctioned off every year and always have a few special things on it.

We got to go with Lexi and Traci this year too.

Danielle is thinking about what to ask Santa for Christmas.

We had a few extra tickets this year, so we invited Suzanne and Sydney Skaggs from school to come with us.

Getting Ready for Christmas

A tradition in the Reich household is putting up the Christmas village and my kids LOVE to help. It's mostly hard on my mom who has a way of doing things and the kids want her to hurry up so they can put everything together. When the village is finally up though the last step is to "make it snow." This is their favorite part!

Project

Danielle's class had been learning about communities this year. Each student was assigned part of the city to build. Danielle was assigned the gas station and so she made a model of my uncle's/cousin's store The Outpost up in Sonora. It turned out really cute!

Zoo Fun

The day after Veteran's day there wasn't any school (yay for us!) I decided that I wanted to get some use out of my zoo passes and take the kids up to Oakland for the day. I invited Lora and Traci to come with and was excited when they both decided to come along.

Camden and Ben figuring out where to go first while waiting for the women in the bathroom. They mine as well get use to it.

Bree along for the rid.

Danielle with Addie. All the older girls were eager to help with the little ones. Danielle often took Addie out of her stroller so she could see, and Sydney held Lexi's hand almost the entire time.

Of course Emily was adorable the entire day.

This is seriously what Ben looked like the entire day. I think I said his name about 100 times. He was excited and I was happy that he was able to be "a little monkey" for a little while. ddddddd

Thanks for a great day!
