Go Elite Force!

Danielle started off her softball season again. She is now in 10U and is learning how to steal bases!  It is basically a pitching and running game at this age, which is boring and a little disheartening for the girls if they don't have the 'great' pitchers. Danielle is trying to pitch this year and has been working on it for a while. We are also having her go to a pitching coach once a week. I hope her season turns out well!

Field Trip to San Jose Mission

Danielle is in the 4th Grade this year and that means she is studying the California Missions and it's history. Brent decided to join her and they had a great time.

Daddy Daughter Dance

Brent and Danielle attended the first annual Daddy Daughter Dance for Activity days. It was semi-formal and strictly for Daddy's and their daughters. No moms. Sigh.

Brent and Dani got all dressed up. Brent even tried to match Dani's outfit to make her feel special. 

They danced, giggled, and partied the night away!  They both came home with huge smiles and had had a great time being one on one with each other. You could tell that it had been a very special night for both of them. 

Teddy Tea

We went to the Teddy Bear Tea again with my mom this year. The theme this year was sort of a middle eastern Christmas. The tapestries were beautiful, but it didn't feel as Christmasy as it has in previous years. We still had a wonderful time. This year we sat with Grandma Riddle, Traci, Addison, and Lexi.

These two were super cute together. 

I was very sad to see that I had not taken any pictures of myself or my mom once I had gotten home. It really disappointed me. My mom has always taken us to this event. It is one I look forward to attend with her every year. We typically take a picture of all of us together. 

I love you mom.
