Nativity

We had the privilege of being in a Nativity production this year. You can see it by clicking on the word Nativity. I loved how it turned out!  Lynne Millar has done this in the past and I had always wished to be in one. So when we got the email we made time to be there!

Ben and Danielle were shephards.

Aubree was a Wise Man.

Hannah was an Angel.

The kids had a good time doing it. It was quite chaotic, but Lynne did a fabulous job!

Teddy Tea

We went to the Teddy Bear Tea again with my mom this year. The theme this year was sort of a middle eastern Christmas. The tapestries were beautiful, but it didn't feel as Christmasy as it has in previous years. We still had a wonderful time. This year we sat with Grandma Riddle, Traci, Addison, and Lexi.

These two were super cute together. 

I was very sad to see that I had not taken any pictures of myself or my mom once I had gotten home. It really disappointed me. My mom has always taken us to this event. It is one I look forward to attend with her every year. We typically take a picture of all of us together.

Hannah turns 7

 Hannah's birthday this year fell on another very important event: THE DAY WE MOVED IN!!!  

 Brent and I had spent the whole day moving into our new home. We then took Hannah out to Black Bear Diner for their school's Wacky Wallet Wednesday. Grandma and Grandpa Riddle came to dinner with us. Hannah was so excited that we moved in and she got to sleep in our new house on her birthday. I hope it is an event she will always remember!  

We also had a few friends over to celebrate Sunday evening after her birthday. We didn't have very much done around the house, but it was enough for our friends and family to come and see; and of course for the kids to show their friends!

We had Hannah open some gifts and then had cupcakes. I know she felt very special.

Lost tooth

My Hannah is growing up! She finally lost her first tooth. Many of her friends at school have lost teeth and now she can say that she has joined the club!  

Saturday Spring Fun

Enjoying the sunshine that had peaked through, we tried to spend most of the day outside. Bree is not suppose to be outside "at all" because of her breathing problems, but I felt so bad as she looked out the window with her little nose pressed to the glass watching her siblings play. So, I let her out for 10 minutes at a time. It was always hard to get her back in, but at least she was out for a few minutes right?

Hannah had decided that today was the day she would ride a two wheeled bike all by herself. She had been very afraid before, but she saw her friend Camden do it and he is younger than her and decided that if he could, so could she. Brent got home just in time to see her ride all by herself!

Because Daddy was at work, poor Grandpa got the task of chasing Hannah around. 

And she's off!
