Easter Sunday Service

We always attend Easter Sunday Service with my mom and dad. We arrived too late and had to sit in the hall because there weren't any seats left. The kids did a good job though and colored quietly at the tables. They still don't quiet understand the true meaning of Easter yet, but Brent talked to Danielle about it and she sort of understands.

Just us girls!

Bree with Big Grandma (my kids nickname for their Great Grandma). Bree actually sat with Big Grandma during the egg hunt and fell fast asleep. It was cute!

My dad trying to explain where everyone was to go for the egg hunt.

All of our kids were in different places. Ben was with four other kids in a small area that had about 150 eggs. The toddlers got tired of picking them up, their buckets full, so the teenagers in charge starting putting them in the hood of Ben's jacket and in his pockets. Needless to say, Ben came home with MORE than he needed but had a great time getting all of those eggs.

Hannah did an awesome job too. Brent said she was the smartest one of the group. Instead of stopping to pick up what was right in front of her like everyone else, she ran all the way across the grass and started getting the ones where no one else was. Danielle did a great job too, but our camera died (yes really died for good) as Brent was taking pictures of Hannah. We had a great time though carrying on a tradition that I did as a child.
